DAV Manali Shines at Regional Level, DAV National Sports! 

DAV National Sports were organized at the Regional level from 14th to 16th October at DAV Barmana (Volleyball) and at Bilaspur (Boxing). In this tournament DAV Manali secured first position in Volleyball (Boys) at Zonal level. Our six boys and two girls have been selected for State Level in Volleyball as well.

Boxing competition was organized at the regional level at DAV Senior Secondary School, Bilaspur in which our students Ananya Thakur & Uday Bodh won the gold medals and were selected for state level sports competition and Arnav Subba clinched Bronze medal. On October 3rd and 4th, the Karate Competition was held at DAV Ghumarwin in which Sania Thakur won the gold medal and was selected for the state level and Ritika Chauhan won the bronze medal.

The Principal Mr. R.S. Rana congratulated the winners and the associated mentors and honoured them in the morning assembly.

He appealed to all the students to participate in one or the other game so that more students can be sent in future for tournament in various games.
